The trick is Obsidian Flesh still up all time...
how make Obsidian Flesh up all time...
Cast Serpent's Quickness and fast a lighting cast Obsidian Flesh, Obsidian Flesh will recharge and still up some seconds before Serpent's Quickness start blinding, when Serpent's Quickness start blinding (remenber you need cast Obsidian Flesh before Serpent's Quickness over, but if cast before Serpent's Quickness start blinding maybe Obsidian Flesh dont recharge at time) cast Obsidian Flesh...
Wait for Serpent's Quickness and Obsidian Flesh recharge again...
Restart the process...

while this process you will do damage with

Crystal Wave
Teinai's Crystals
Sliver Armor

Damage booster job

wait for complet agroo and cast the skills...

Famine
Sympathetic Visage
Ancestor's Visage

just avoid agroo...

Why i use a Ran/Mes to damage boost?
to kill groups with monks...
bait move close of monks and
Famine
Sympathetic Visage
Ancestor's Visage
will avoid monks from heal...
remenber some monks will dont die... just ignore and go ahead...

You can use a ss necro a Mes/nec with fevered Dreams to spread conditions to...

Work better against bigger groups like 5 <> 6... avoid huge groups 7 <> 10...
Avoid rangers they have interupts...

I ran something very similar for awhile, except without the ranger. A few things....
1.The tank can stay alive purely on obsidian flesh, serpents quickness, kinetic armor and a heal (unguent or AoR), U can also toss in an armor of earth, so there is no need for the monk to bring life bond or life attune, and since the tank will need energy, balthazzars spirit is SO much better.
2.Why do U have balts aura, it scatters=not good.
3.The monk is better off with a necro primary so they can bring SS, in fact, half of the monk's maintained enchants are useless.
4.Even through I have never included a ranger famine dude, some points should be in beastmastery for 2 key spirits, symbiosis (the tank can have 2000+ hit points) and EoE (to prevent stragglers).

1 we start to deal with large foes agroos 10 <> 25... bonds are to tank still alive and safe while tank walk agrooing all them... we use balthazzars spirit not balts aura... my bad...

3 good point ss is good and really just life bond and succor and baltazar spirits are priority...

4 famine ranger is to deal with monks... you can kill 100 monks with famine...
i forget we use eoe... dont need symbiosis...

because this famine rangers are better that SS



Now we fight 6 monks with a SS we kill the warriors... eles... mesmers and the necros... but cant kill the monks...



beach with ss... all clean...



Thanks to Erica the SS guy... a very nice guy... help us in this run...

You can clean fow with a SS but this get more time to finish and you will have lots of work with monks...

Update...
Strong points...
The tank is a tank can deal with big groups... like 15 < > 30 (more? i belive) at same time... can walk around and agroo 3 or 4 teams take them togheter and begin the carnage...
Very stable tank build... low risk from lost obsidian flesh... at last if you lost obsidian and no one mesmer close np... if you lost kinetic and you is fighiting a small team like 5 or 6 (warriors) np to...
Low support skills to survive, succor ( this skill is to fight small teams, where balt spirit give low energy rate rege, can survive without succor), balt aura, life bond, life barrier (can change by SS)...
Huge damage output against large groups...

You can make it with
Ele/Ran Mon/mes (visage monk) <- in test
Ele/Ran Mon/Nec (SS)
Ele/Ran Mon/Nec or Mes Ran/Mes (famine ranger)
Ele/Ran Mon/Nec or Mes Nec/Mes (visage necro)


Weak points...
The tank is... a tank... very slow move because obsidian flesh...
Low damage output against small groups...
Cant deal with just casters with >monks< groups (just casters np)... because you need melle damage to triggers visage... you can kill them with SS but take some time...
Rangers with Choking Gas and interupts are a pain in the ass can deal with them, but just avoid dont lose time with them...

Tips
Can use a toten axe plus a enchanted -2 shield to avoid damage...
Why 3 are better? Ele dont have rez... if monk or necro die... who will rez...
you can put a rez signet... but...

I just did this, got problems with degen on ele and with the monks, it aint going so fast..

If you make all correct you will have 63 of energy...
Baltazar spirit and succor for energy reg... dont enter in panic look to energy

Is obsidian flesh up? You are immune to degen hexes
Also, it is important to note that the skeletal warriors have wild blow, which will end your stances, causing obsidian flesh to end too soon.
Btw, with glyph of concentration, this works in ToPK.
